Quality Assurance
Persistence excellent products
Multiple quality certifications including ISO 9001 for Quality Management System in 2015, IATF 16949 for Automotive Industry Quality Management System in 2016, and ISO/IEC 17025 for Testing and Calibration Laboratory Accreditation in 2017.
A comprehensive quality control system is in place, covering IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control).
Regular rigorous inspections and audits are conducted on products and production processes.
To meet the quality requirements of the European and American markets, active efforts have been made to obtain CE certifications for EN 14566:2018+A1:2009 and EN 14592:2018 +A1:2012 standards.
PATTA Achieves AS9100 Certification
Entering the Global Aerospace Supply Chain
PATTA is proud to announce that, in April 2026, we have officially passed the audit conducted by AFNOR Certification (France) and obtained the aerospace quality management system certification — AS9100:D / JISQ 9100:2016 / EN 9100:2018 — covering the manufacturing of metal fasteners for the aviation industry.
The certification is issued under the framework of the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) and is widely regarded as a prerequisite for entry into global aerospace, defense, and space supply chains. It applies to PATTA's headquarters and manufacturing operations in Taiwan, covering process development, production, shipping, customer feedback, and product protection.
